What we collect: account details, horse profile information, event registrations, and voluntary census responses.

Why we collect it: to operate horse profiles, community directories, events, challenges, and the American Paso Census.

How it's used: to display the content you choose to share publicly, and to power aggregate community statistics.

How it's protected: data is stored securely and access to administrative tools is restricted to authorized administrators.

Your control: you may edit or remove your horse profiles and account information at any time. Census participation is always voluntary.

Individual census responses are never sold and are never used for commercial purposes. Census data is only published in aggregate form.
