Hay bales and horses on a Paso farm at golden hour

American Paso Co-Op

THE POWER OF BUYING TOGETHER.

Horse ownership is expensive. Working together may help.

Discover member-organized purchasing opportunities for hay, feed, bedding, fencing, and other equestrian essentials. Found a great deal? Don’t keep it to yourself.

American Paso Co-Op is a member-driven opportunity board. American Paso provides only the technology: opportunities are created, negotiated, and managed independently by members, and American Paso is not a party to any transaction.

How American Paso Co-Op works

Co-Op is a free opportunity board for members. American Paso provides the technology that lets members find each other; every opportunity is created, negotiated, and managed independently by the members involved.

1. Announce or find an opportunity

A member posts what they are working on: a supplier with a full lot, a bulk order, a shared delivery. Other members search by distance and category.

2. Express interest

Members say how much they want, when they would buy, and whether they can pick up. Nothing is binding at this stage.

3. Coordinate independently

The organizer posts updates, messages participants, and works out pricing and logistics directly with the supplier and the group.

A real example

“I have a local hay producer who may offer a lower price if we purchase 800 bales together. I only need 100 bales. Is anyone in southern Ohio interested in joining?”

That is a member’s own words, posted in their own capacity. American Paso does not contact the producer, negotiate the price, or take part in the purchase.
